What to Expect

The Pre-Visit

Before you make it in to the suite, I’ll reach out to make sure you got everything you need. I’ll give you specifics on how to find me once you enter the building I’m in and I’ll double check to see if I can answer any questions before your visit.

The Consultation

This is where we get to know each other. I get to asses your hair and make sure you got all the information you need so you can decide if this investment works for you and your lifestyle. My main goal in a consult is to make sure you are educated in how to take care of your hair outside of the the salon so that you can maintain the best results. We will cover all the ins and outs of what approach I recommend for you, talk about future salon visits and of coarse pricing. Once you are ready to commit to your new hair, a non-refundable deposit is made and then we can book your installation appointment 3-4 weeks out.

After Goodbye

I’ll reach out after 1-2 weeks to make sure you are still happy and in love with your investment. I believe that communication is the key to success in any relationship and I want to make sure you feel cared for even after your visit. As a stylist I do not take business personal. So if ever you feel the need to switch things up or have something enhanced, please know that this is a safe place to do so. We are a team and I want you to know I got your back, pinky promise.

There is never any commitment attached so even if you need time after our consult to decide if extensions or hair systems are right for you, that’s ok. I’m here for you when you are ready
